You may return or exchange unused/unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product. Apparel can only be returned if it has not been worn or laundered. Please Contact Us if you receive a broken or damaged item to arrange a replacement.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items for your order.
You the end user will be responsible for any shipping costs incured for exchanged or returned items. This cost includes both the inbound cost to return the item to our warehouse as well as the outbound exchanged item sent back to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
This is for items we currently hold in our warehouse. We ship within the Continental United States. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested in which you the chapter will be responsible for any additional costs. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from order date unless the item is on backorder. If your item is on backorder you will be made aware within 48 hours of your purchase.
